Rpcs3 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and rules binding all rpcs3 platform users. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rpcs3 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile app, or any other device — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using this platform.
The rpcs3 platform is an online entertainment service offered to individuals who are eligible under local laws. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with the laws and regulations in force at their location at the time of use.
Rpcs3 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
2. Account Creation, Eligibility and Security
Eligibility Requirements
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the rpcs3 platform.
- Only one account is permitted per individual. Registering multiple accounts under the same user is strictly prohibited.
- Users must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including their full name, date of birth, and contact details.
Account Security
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not it was authorised by you.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact the rpcs3 support team immediately at [email protected].
- Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or whenever the platform deems it necessary for security purposes.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
All rpcs3 platform users are required to comply with the usage rules set out below. Violation of any of the following rules may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice:
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tools to access or manipulate the platform without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing your account information with third parties or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the rpcs3 platform's security systems in any way is strictly prohibited.
- Misusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers in a manner that contravenes the stated terms and conditions is strictly prohibited.
- Users must ensure that all funds deposited into their account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.
4. Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information (MYR)
Currency and Payment Methods
All transactions on the rpcs3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include local bank transfers via FPX, TNG eWallet, and other local payment methods listed on the platform. The platform does not accept foreign currencies directly without prior conversion.
Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to current platform rules and may vary depending on the payment method.
- Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform, subject to successful KYC verification.
- Rpcs3 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for any transaction deemed to require further verification.
- Any transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the user.
- Funds in accounts that have been inactive for a specified period may be subject to the dormancy policy outlined in the platform's account policy section.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
Rpcs3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, service disruptions, technical errors, or unsatisfactory game outcomes.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and rpcs3 makes no warranties that the service will always be free from errors, interruptions, or data loss.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Rpcs3 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or any action deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Funds in accounts closed due to a terms violation may not be refunded, depending on the severity of the breach.
Intellectual Property
All content on the rpcs3 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements, is the property of rpcs3 or its relevant licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links and Applicable Law
This platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. rpcs3 is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those third-party sites. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
